DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on where you are and the shipping option you choose. These are the approximate delivery times:

Lithuania: 1–4 business days (LPEXPRESS)

Europe: 5-10 business days (LITHUANIAN POST)

Rest of the world: 10-14 business days (LITHUANIAN POST)

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All international orders are shipped from Lithuania. Customs regulations and charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be calculated by your country’s customs office upon arrival.

We are unable to estimate or control these charges, as they are set independently by each country’s government. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees required for delivery.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
